This has been a pretty eventful age for me, 24. It started off with seeing Maiden for the second time with Meghan. From there, I got myself a new tattoo, finally quit smoking (it's been almost 6 months now), started an awesome folk/world fusion metal band with an awesome friend I made, started taking care of my teeth, began to exercise more, and now I play in Pirates for Sail.
Not to mention I have been in class every semester that has been offered since the second summer semester of 2012. And though I am forsaking my summer vacation this year (minus August), if I do well in my classes, I will have 6 college classes left to take until I can graduate!
Sekengard is going very well :) We have 2 new guitarists, and I have switched to just doing folk instruments and vocals, though I will play rhythm guitar for one song. We are looking to have two songs completed soon, and once they are recorded, we will have a band page up! We have also been networking with up and coming folk metal acts, like Wilderun from Massachusetts, Aether Realm from North Carolina, and Drakum from Spain. Good to have friends in good places!
So over all, the future is looking pretty bright :)
