A chance to perform again?

Dear readers, Daniel is excited! I recently got an offer to join an acoustic band that specializes in pirate shanties and Celtic music. They are called Pirates for Sail. In addition to being the house band for a Pirate themed bar not far from me, but they have played Renaissance Festivals and more over the years. I have yet to hear more beyond an invite, but I am to meet to meet the band leader/the Captain on Tuesday to see about joining. I also do not know what instrument I am to play! My bandmate for my folk metal band (Sarah) simply told me to bring all of my acoustic instruments, so I could play either: guitar, mandolin, bouzouki, or bowed psaltery. If I do, it means I get to be back up on the stage, where I belong :) I just hope I can balance my education and my job with my possibly pathway to greater stage time!
