Best two weeks of my life.
Well, not really.
Like I said in my last post (like a week and a half ago, haha oops) I've been on spring break. That means two weeks of partying, sleeping and catching up on the first season of Fringe. (ALSO, I GOT MY PERMIT!)
On that note, I think I'm in love. Well, not love love. But, you know, some strange infatuation with Peter Bishop.
Yeah, I know, I'm helpless.
Anyways, that kind of spawned this big list of hot nerdy guys that my friend Brianna and I made.
Maile and Brianna's List of Hot Nerdy Guys (#1):
1. David Duchovny as Fox Mulder
Come on. You can't tell me that you were a regular X-Files viewer without admitting your huge supercrush on Agent Mulder. He was smart, funny, serious when the situation called for it, and he had that look. You know the one, when the Smoking Man showed up and he just knew shit was going down. Also, it helps that David Duchovny was redonkulously hot in the '90s.
2. Joshua Jackson as Peter Bishop
I'm not sure what it is about Peter Bishop but dude, is he attractive. He's got this adorable smirk and stubble. Now, usually I'm not a fan of facial hair, but Joshua Jackson pulls it off. Also, with an IQ of around 190, Peter's somebody I can play Jeopardy with. I'm withholding Sexy Ab Judgement until I see him sans shirt, but I'm thinking that when J.J. Abrams finally cuts us female viewers some fanservice, he won't disappoint. (I mean, seriously? We've seen Olivia in her bra like 210931 times. I want shirtless Peter.)
3. Christian Bale as Bruce Wayne/John Connor
Dude, don't even start. It's Christian Bale. Not only is he one of the most attractive men on the planet, he also gets major nerd cred. When you think of classic American comics, you think Batman. Everybody loves the caped crusader. You simply cannot hate the Batman. Also, John Connor. Terminator is the epitome of all that is good in American apocalyptic SciFi. It's so popular, in fact, that we now have the Govenator. But we're getting off topic. Christian Bale is hot, end of story.
4. Jake Gyllenhaal as Dastan
This was Brianna's choice. I've never played Prince of Persia and never really seen Jake Gyllenhaal in anything, but snap. After seeing his pictures on Google, I agree.
5. Chris Pine as James T. Kirk
Please. Cutie Christ Pine combined with kickass Captain Kirk? Does it get any better? First of all, Star Trek is the single nerdiest TV show ever, and everybody knows it. Chris Pine is also adorable. And do you remember that one scene where he was in his boxers? Yeah, I do.
6. Alexander Skarsgard as Eric Northman
Just look at the picture, please. The debatable nerdiness of True Blood aside, Alexander Skarsgard is hot. More importantly, Alexander Skarsgard is hot and True Blood likes nudity. Oh please next season please.
