Yay for this stuff.


Breakfast:




It's fun to see how perfect I can make my Egg Beater omlette look


So much fiber, it's crazy

I LOVE broccli


tastes great with a bit of fat free vinagrette. It's so crunchy!


Cherry tomatoes are so cute

Yum. My sister used to eat a jar a day. That's a LOT of salt.


The best apples are the yellow and green ones. They are much crisper.






There are so many different types of berries.


my favorite are strawberries. I like to buy the frozen ones, because they last longer and I love to eat them frozen (I hate thawed out ones though, they are mushy). I usually like mushy things, but not fruit.


Clementines tate good frozen, too ( I love experimenting with the freezer)


At resturants I like to take the lemon they give you with your water...


...and cover them with Splenda. They taste like candy!


Drinks:
I really LOVE the new cherry-limeade flavored light Minute Maid, but I couldn't find any pics of that. The other flavors are good too, though.




25 cal. hot chocolate! It's warm, filling, and chocolate-y!


The nicest most innocent food/drink off all... Water! It's so icy-cold, fresh, pure, and delicious!


Dessert:
50-60 cals, fat free, no sugar added




Sugar-free gummies with a bunch of fiber in them


After dinner mint. There are also very yummy mixed berry and tropical kinds.


Orbit is the softest, smoothest, and most flavorful gum I know.


This flavor tastes like mint chocolate chip icecream without the chocolate chips


My yummy daily multivitamin and mineral supplement. I get the orange chewable kind, cuz they taste so good.
