If I think about it I'm really in a bit of a general funk at the moment. I need to get off my arse and get out of my house for something other than work. I need to find something to do other than sit on the computer. I need to find a kickboxing club close by. I need to get out on my bike more often. I need to play my guitar more often. I need to stop having the TV on all the time and listen to music once in a while.
