(Question, since you've been a fan longer than me. Has the league ever stopped a deal like this before? Regardless of the fact that it involves my team, it just seems wrong.)

Not that I can remember, but my league clock only starts in late 2002, and the guy I usually bug about such matters is still on his honeymoon.

Where this really went wrong is back in January, though; I like Dube and all but the Revs should've kept Noons in Foxboro. I'm not gonna argue with 30 points by July 1, but that doesn't mean I wouldn't give my left one to see him and Twellman leading the attack again.

Yeah, well...

Thing is, when he first shipped over to Norway, he seemed to be getting on well; that he had his former roommate walking him through it helped. Then he got hurt and fell off the depth chart, and he's barely gotten time with the senior team.

I'm also not joking about the vacation plans; I do have the plane tix ready to go to see AaFK-ViF and AaFK-RBK in late September. Now, while I've been planning to hit an Aalesund match or two since 2005, I'd be disappointed if it turned out I flew all the way out there and meanwhile Noonan was suiting up for C'bus back at Gillette.

Oh, yes. To see Brown? And then Perkins went over and so did Pat and it made the plans all the better. That would suck if he wasn't there.

Correct. There have also been rumors linking Chad Barrett to ViF, which would mean I'd get to heckle both him and Perkins at the same time.
