anybody who knows me knows i am obsessed with hot, spicy food. i add liberal amounts of cayenne pepper, sriracha, etc. to almost everything i eat. i have yet to encounter anything "too hot" for my tastes - any recommendations?
anyway, when i was in ny, my mom introduced me to this new chili sauce:
ning-chi "preium fresh chili" (gotta love that engrish) from taiwan. much hotter than sriracha or straight cayenne! i highly, highly recommend it to anyone interested in spicy condiments/flavors like me. it's an oil-based sauce, which i don't usually use, but it's not too greasy at all. the flavor is mild but the heat is pretty intense! yummmy!
