Almost done.
This semester has been comparatively painful. That is, compared to the rest.
The only class that managed to peak my interest was philosophy. There is something terribly beautiful about the somewhat superficial practice of symbolizing arguments, assessing whether they are cogent, and then testing the validity through pre-constructed formulas. It requires a kind of cold analysis that forces you to disengage from your moral and/or emotional bents.
I really am ready to be done.
I'm on my way to the Mission folk festival.
And I could use a beer.
