Random thoughts at the moment
Hmmm. As I type this my neighbor is mowing his lawn. I haven’t a clue what he’s actually moving since everything is still brown and dormant. From the sound of it he’s mowing air.
I also typing this in the midst of working out the first time in a while. I got stuck in that bad cycle. I’d be wide awake if I worked out but I’m too tired when I get home to work out to do it safely. When I am awake enough it’s too close to bed time that I’d be wired and never get to sleep starting the whole cycle over again. It came as a bit of a shock when a whole bunch of trousers that were washed the other night simply wouldn’t button Thursday morning. So I’m doing squats at the moment.
Yesterday I got my car inspected. As expected I passed. What do you expect, it’s a Honda. The thing is I now have an annoying squeak in car ever since I left the inspection station. Sounds like a piece of plastic hitting the tire every once and a while but I can’t find what it is.
I shall have fun this week torturing people. I noticed my grocery store had Marmite. My sister will be the first victim since she had mentioned a past curiosity on what the stuff was like. I’ll then subject people in the office to it. I need to remember to bring my camera to catch their reaction
I’m dreading this week at work. Mr. “Warmth” will be visiting. This would be my bosses boss. Clueless idiot to be honest. I’m still trying to schedule a meeting to get me out of the office during part of his time here. The good part is he hates the east coast so he only visits once a year instead of the at least quarterly that he’s supposed to.
I’m thinking of buying another lens for my DSLR. A replacement 50mm f1.4 that talks properly with my camera so I don’t have to make so many cumbersome manual settings to the camera to get my old one to work. I really want something that is a bit sharper than my zoom lenses but also good for low light situations.
Short workout almost done. I know I will be hurting tomorrow afternoon. :-)
