interview advice?
So, a good friend of mine* has a phone interview tomorrow. He's a CS graduate who like me spent awhile after graduation finding himself- in his case teaching English in Japan for two years.
He's got a phone interview tomorrow with Symantec; the job is workign as part of a team training technical support folks. He's trying to prep for questions they might ask. He's pretty thoroughly competent but has never had a job in tech support before.
Since he spent yesterday watching Caleb for us, I'd love to offer him good advice. Anyone? Buler?

*really (it's not me). Only after I typed this did I realize that I too could work with people over the age of eighteen... hmmm....
