A new project is starting a few blocks from where we used to live before we bought our house, and last night I started reading Creating a Life Together (which I got because the other intentional community-type books were all checked out of the library). Also I have been looking through my old journals for everything I've written about community, much of it in response to my insane friend Steve's Everything, Kansas: A Manifesto. Off the grid and out in the country doesn't appeal to me, but urban cohousing is still something I dig on from time to time, and now is one of those times, I guess.
