Cleaning
I finally cleaned enough that I found my seeds! I knew it would happen eventually. I swept and mopped the kitchen floor and cleaned the bathroom and when I returned to the kitchen to put the chairs away, I found my seeds- behind the coffee pot! Wouldn't you know? - I can't even blame Caleb for that one. I probably stuck them back there- "to keep them safe."
I've been thinking about cleaning a lot today as I've been cleaning- I like cleaning better when you're cleaning in a group. I sort of miss ABL cleaning days. I can't wait till Caleb is a little bit older and we can have "family cleaning days."
I'm also doing a TON of laundry. I'm borrowing my next door neighbor's washing machine, since ours went kaput. That is nice, because I don't have to lug all my laundry down to the coin-op laundry room. I think we are going to buy a front-load when we move. I have been thinking a lot about moving today too. I hope that someday I am happy enough in my house that I don't want to move every year. I'm sort of tired of moving every year, and yet right now I am SO ready to move. This place is getting smaller all the time. Or else we are getting more Caleb toys every day.
For example- Caleb used to have one basket of toys in the living room and one in the bedroom as well as a basket of books. Now he has two baskets in the living room and toys stacked up all around them and his book basket is overflowing onto a shelf in the living room. Amazingly he still enjoys playing with my junky-left-over-boxes and going-to-be-a-craft-one-day stuff more. Ah well. I s'pose, speaking of Caleb I should go pick him up from daycare now. I got a lot done today and now it is the weekend!
