"YOU DON'T HAVE TO MAKE BABIES WITH HIM!" - tracey's blonde moment #483

You know what feels good? Making someone smile. And having done that quite a lot recently (*smug*), it means I’m in an ultra good mood. Yes, I guess I could say I'm genuinely happy with where I’m at right now.

Well, Easter long weekends are great. Especially when they involve a slumber party at Markus' house, where for once everyone was sober! Everyone was awesome, and it was terrific just to see everybody enjoying themselves, minds diverted from the stresses they each carry. Sunday was awesome too, a gathering of everyone we know at Greenway Park, having a giant group picnic. Highlights included Jackie skating/tumbling into the lake (a classic); Daniel strumming placidly at his guitar with Cow at his side, composing sweet music together; and our giant cricket match where it was more of a match between Boris and Aggro, and those who were fielding at the time.

Not to mention that he came. Ange was cute, but he was cuter. Cheryl mentioned the picnic to him on the busride home on Thursday, but I really wasn't expecting him to come. And when he did..*swoons*. Annnyyway, I now feel kind of guilty that I didn't invite my school friends along, after all, I probably know them better than I know him. Well, actually, no. But all of Cow's Ruse friends came, and even Ange's church friends, so maybe I should've mentioned Sunday to them? Oh well, I'll just comfort myself with the fact that they probably organised something amongst themselves, without me. No seriously, that is actually quite comforting.

Oh well, at least I've got waterpolo trials tomorrow evening. We're playing in the opens competition this year, meaning that we'll probably get knocked out first round, against burly 20-something year olds. Davina's actually been drawing up game tactics, inspired from her waterpolo camp. (I still can't get over her playing with Jodie Stuhmke! ..Jodie Stuhmke!)

Being on a computer makes me feel guilty, as it means that I really should be doing one of the numerous assignments due in before end of term. And knowing the students at my school, their whole weekend was probably spent studying and completing the assignments I haven't even bothered starting.

Wow..this has really been such rambly post. Sorry for the really bad writing.
