Starting Over

The good thing about dieting... is that tomorrow is, after all, another day.  A new week.  Been having some issues the last few weeks.  Not being able to make it to the gym.  Eating tons of white flour foods, reintroducing coffee... still having sweets sometimes on days that are not S days.  And I have seen a difference.  Plus, I had my monthly friend, which doesn't help.

Mon, Oct. 17.  (157/Recreate/8016)  For breakfast, instead of the usual egg and cheese biscuit or bagel or kaiser roll... I had f-egg and cheese on a mulit-grain bagel.  I say f-egg because it is the fake egg kind. I had tuna on salad with the ecoutrements.  No dressing, just some macaroni salad mixed in.  I have my pedometer on and will make sure I get my steps up, already to my daily minimum of 7000.  I want to lose weight.  And I will.  I did it before and I will do it again.  I will get to the gym every day this week.  I am paying for it, and I will go.  I will stop eating so much pizza.  It is easy because I am vegetarian (for the most part), but I think it isn't doing me any favors.  : )

This is all well and good but very difficult to do.  I had shrimp on rice with veggies for dinner, some fried fish, and some icecream... we were out to dinner.  No gym.  But I walked a lot!

Tues, Oct. 18 (158/6137)  Uggh.  No breakfast.  Tuna and cheese and lettuce on pumpernickel bread for lunch, and for dinner,  a bagel thin with american cheese (melted), open face veggie burger on multi-grain bread and some waffle fries.  I did have one scoop of ice cream.  I just couldn't say no.  Still no gym.

Wed, Oct 19 ( ) Did not weight myself today.  Skipping breakfast right now... but I might go get an egg and cheese sandwich soon.  I am drinking ginger tea right now.  The day is not over, I could go to the gym tonight...
