Week 3 of keeping track

Sep 24, 2011 22:40

So what's the problem?  I am exercising a lot.  Variety there.  But, is the problem the foods I am eating?  I am not overeating, but I am having some fried foods and white flower foods.  I am allowed to eat that way with No S diet.  The scale keeps going up.  Exercising a lot over the summer, I was about 152.  Now I am more like 158.  I am fitting into a size 10 pant.  I am not going up in clothes sizes, although the scale is rising.  It could be muscle.  It could be water.  My legs seems slimmer, I still have middle issues, but I know that's not going away.  I am not unhappy at my weight.  If I stayed like this forever, I would be okay with it.  It's just that it is so hard wanting the numbers on the scale to lower and no matter what I am doing, they are not.  I can adjust my diet, but at this point I am not into depriving myself anymore than I am.  I eat relatively well.

Sat, Sept 24.  Gym. Recreate 1. S day. (12000+)
Sun, Sept 25. Gym. Recreate 1. S day. (3607+ did not wear pedometer all day, just at the gym)

Tues, Sept 27. (5896+) Recreate 1.
Wed, Sept 28. Gym.  Recreate 1. (10009+)

Gotta say that I am lovin' listening to my ipod while working out.  Using the pedometer on there is really helping me get moving.  I have a 7000 daily minimum.
