Happy smiles from Racial Harmony Day
Sean and Ryan celebrated Racial Harmony Day in school last week. It's always nice to pull out their traditional outfits for them to wear and see them slowly pass each outfit down!
I actually need to get Sean a new set soon - he doesn't have any and had to wear his summer yukata instead. I set aside a yukata for Jo but Mr Lazybums was still sleeping when his older brothers left on the school bus.
The boys celebrated with a little party in school and they brought store-bought chiffon cupcakes to share with their teachers and friends.
We are very thankful that the boys will grow up in a country where cultural differences are celebrated. Happy Racial Harmony Day!
