First month checkup
Jordan went for his first month checkup last week.
At 4.5 weeks old, he measured in at 4.68kg and 52cm. He has regained all the weight he lost at birth (he was 2.9kg when he was discharged from the hospital) and put on a whopping 50% of weight.
He is so round and tubby now I call him my little meatloaf :)
And from the pictures, it looks like he is balding which is quite normal for babies at this stage. Not his best look, haha!
He is sleeping and nursing well. He has mild heat rash on his face and neck area, probably from all the heaty confinement food I have been eating.
He also showed Dr T how strong he was by holding his head up high while on his tummy. Tough little cookie, this boy.
Other than that, there was really not much cause for concern!
He got his second Hepatitis B jab - I put numbing cream and tried to nurse him when Dr T administered the jab but he still howled for a bit.
We will be back next month for, err, more jabs :p
