Because we have many changes in store for the coming new year, I thought I should document our typical weekday snapshot of our lives at this very stage before it changes all over again. For the record, Sean is 28 months old.

0630 My alarm goes off. I turn it off, wake the husband up and crawl back into bed for a few more minutes of shuteye.

Kudos to you Debra! Reading the schedule and letting it run in my head is making so tired already. Having a bb is really hard work. Eeks! Not exactly sure if I will ever have one though..Keke!

It's a lot more manageable now that he is older. No more screaming in the car or waking up every 3 hours at night! Can't imagine I will have to do the whole newborn cycle again soon.... HALP!

Yeah the driving is v tiring, and stressful too! Will prob get my mum to come over to my place when Sean starts school next year. His school is just nearby, and I can't imagine ferrying 2 kids to and fro everyday. Just have to tweak my working hours a bit and trouble my mum to help out - we'll see how things work out!

You will be fine! Pretty soon, you will have my schedule, which is:

- Wake up, tolerate #1's grumping, shower
- #1 goes to school
- #2 wakes up, grumps, showers
- We leave for work and school together
- I come home, we all grump, shower and go to bed

Simpler right? :D

Hi Debra, I think you are coping very well. Take a step at a time and don't fret about the unknown, I am sure you will be fine. Don't worry and be a happy expectant mummy!

All the best to you and your growing family!
