A gannet flew by,
A majestic bird in flight,
On its way elsewhere.

The year is ending,
There is still much work to do,
To close out the year.

Nasty cold virus,
Sinus infection as well,
Wish I felt better.

Being sick offshore,
Is definitely no fun,
I need to get well!

Shore Supervisor
was on vacation last week
now things get busy.

Crew change is coming

Can be annoying at times
Better than no phones.

I have been remiss
in my haiku Tuesday posts
I will fix that now.

Not a lot to say
today is for relaxing
and catching my breath

Lots of traveling
in the past couple of months
more on Saturday

Crew change is delayed,
Thanks to a streamer tangle
At least one extra day.

My GAFI is low
Even in the toilet,
But will get better.

It's not like I will
Have much of a break this time,
But now one less day

It's Tuesday again,
time for my weekly haiku,
though only a few.

Last night rough weather,
made it hard for me to sleep,
so today I'm tired.

Upgrade has begun,
so work is currently stalled,
until it's finished.

I'm tired of fixing
mistakes made by other folks,
why should I bother?
