Hm. Updates... Can't really be bothered bout Lumous, et was brilliant and greet but it's water under the bridge now, besides Selina Jo's nails do not encourage novel writing.
My other week in Finland was also good, met lots of friends which was nice, saw Batman Begins twice and just managed to avoid London bombings this time too (shitty stupid untermensch bombers!) People were kind enuff to put me up at nights. And I just adored Hanna's and Trevor's house. One of the guys renting my flat was actually kind enuff to leave town so I could have my bedroom for two nights, but I wasn't too happy bout him having packed the rest of my stuff away. Broke nails trying to find clothes and shoes from the attick bin bag ocean.
Spent last Saturday in London, attended a music event with punkfunkjunk and his work mate Leo, they were handing out flyers for PMT's Drumfest. Two consecutive weekends, two nights at a hotel both times, free entry to the events, and, as I gather, free drink. Can't complain. And the celeb drummers will be announced by the Drumfest "host" looking like this. Can't complain bout that either.
Yesterday Ash had a day off so we went to Loughborough town for shopping and stuff, and to sort out some mobile problems :P what do we learn from this: 1) do not try to switch SIM cards from one phone to another. Never. (I spent one Provinssirock weekend without a phone, once, after trying to switch SIMs...) 2) do not use any kind of security codes on your mobile if you have a spongy brain. Never. Or then be sure to have back up codes in writing somewhere else.
In general, the stars seem to be in strange positions. Couples breaking up, all over. Not nice.
Brrrrr it's chilly now, maybe I just go rustle some food and climb upstairs to start another book. Finished William Gibson's Pattern Recognition the other day, highly recommendable. I guess it is going to be Ray Bradbury, next.
