Настройка не оригинального xbox 360 wireless receiver
Китайцы уже давно научились делать неплохие ресиверы для контроллеров Xbox 360. Свой я покупал на DX.com.

Драма в том, что с драйвером на диске, который идет в комплекте с ресивером чаще всего возникают проблемы. Проще всего поставить драйвер самому, используя при этом оригинальный, сертифицированный драйвер майкрософт :)
Делается это весьма просто:
How to install in Microsoft Windows XP/Vista/7/Svr2008 both 32/64bit
1. Download "Xbox 360 Accessories Software 1.2 for XX", XX = Your version of Windows.
http://www.microsoft.com/hardware/download/download.aspx?category=gaming and install it.
2. Download this file and extract to replace the "Xusb21.inf" in "C:\Program Files\Microsoft Xbox 360 Accessories\" http://www.mediafire.com/?1sxymdy6hbv0nr4 comes with backup file called "Xusb21_Original.inf".

3. Follow these steps:
a) Right-click on My Computer/Computer
b) Click Properties from drop-down list
c) Click on Hardware tab
d) Click on Device Manager button
e) Right-click on the Unidentified/Unknown Device/USB Device (Xbox Wireless Receiver)
f) Click Properties from drop-down list
g) Click on Driver tab
h) Click on Update Driver… button
Windows XP
i) Hardware Update Wizard appears and select "No, not this time" and click Next > button
j) Select "Install from a list or specific location (Advanced)" and click Next > button
k) Click "Search for the best driver in these locations." Check "Include this location in the search:". Click Browse button to open Browse For Folder window and then browse to "C:\Program Files\Microsoft Xbox 360 Accessories\" and click OK to close. Click Next > button. Hardware Update Wizard should install "Xbox 360 Wireless Receiver for Windows"
Windows Vista/7/Svr2008
i) Browse my computer for driver software
j) Browse to "C:\Program Files\Microsoft Xbox 360 Accessories\" and select "Xusb21.inf"
k) Xbox 360 Wireless Receiver for: 2.1.0.1349 [8/13/2009]
l) If a window pops up warning that the driver is unsigned click Yes button.
"Xusb21.inf" was modified to include Hardware ID: USB\VID_045E&PID_0291
If yours has a different Hardware ID, modify it.

Ну и при настройке ресивера: нужно не забывать, что сперва следует синхронизировать его с геймпадом, последовательно нажав соответствующие кнопки синхронизации на контроллере (мелкая кнопка возле разъема для зарядки) и самом ресивере. Там все сперва помигает, а потом сконнектится :)
