OY VEY!!!! The pressure.
So I have am impossible todo list for this weekend. I have a paper for my independent study due Monday, a test in Latin on Tuesday, Micro due that day as well, an Experimental Design paper thing due Friday, and this weekend is Carbaret and my birthday so I'm in rehearsals for Carbaret 90% of the time and Saturday evening, I'm eating dinner at Bruce and Cindy's. This weekend is going to be hellishly busy. And I keep volunteering to do people's hair and stuff. why? no-one else in Melee apparently knows how to do hair. I can't figure out how they managed to get through sleep-overs growing up without at least knowing how to braid their hair. or maybe someone else's hair. anything! sheesh. And they don't have hardly any make-up, which I really have a hard time understanding. I have had make-up available for performances for so long that I just kind of assume everyone else has it. Kind of weird to be working on a performance with people who don't know anything about the details of putting something on a stage. With Melee, I guess I just don't deal with the people who've never done any stage performing.
Anyways. Dan got me Shrek 2 for my birthday, which makes me very incredibly happy, I love that soundtrack. I like the Shrek 1 soundtrack as well, wouldn't mind owning it, but Shrek two has I need a Hero on it, and I like the Jennifer Saunders rendition of it very much. I'm looking forward to maybe going out on my birthday. I am not sure if I will, I don't really have anyone to go with, I'm sure Victoria won't want to, and I don't know many other people in the over 21 crowd who drink. Maybe Mollie will go with me, we'd talked about going after she's done with her MCATs. This is not Monkey, just to clarify.
For the rest of this evening, I think I need to finish my Micro labs and fill in the rest of the outline for my paper. Maybe also copy some Catullus poems and review them so I know them all really well for the test. I figure this is my best bet. Learn the poems really well, practice translating them over and over again, eventually, I'll be able to just translate each one line by line without referencing glossaries or translations. or Maybe I should start off by reviewing the major gramatical forms. that'd probably be best. yeah. anyways. priorities tonight are micro and paper. yayness.
