So in the process of researching Jose Limon for my independent study (I'm supposed to write a paper about him and his dance technique) I come across listings of all the schools that are teaching his style. And then on his company's website, there is this little link that says "summer programs." This piques my curiousity and I go take a look. There

Honey, you're going to be 21. I suppose we could give you this as a graduation/birthday present, but then no sewing machine. Thing is, at 21 you get to fund your own stuff. How about a job that pays for this, then you don't have to beg your mommy? (I know, that's cold, but hey! it's a cold world.)

That would be up to the doting aunt/uncles/grandparents. Her loving parents needn't be involved--except to wonder how transportation would work, in the event of having tuition paid...

well, it is another 700 for housing, so that is probably not an option. Maybe a car would be a better graduation present.
