Right This Way...
I have not seen LJ since last Wednesday. So assume that I have no idea what has happened in your life since then. Feel free to fill me in, though I swear I will read everything and comment as necessary.
After a hellacious airplane dilemma (four hour delay plus a looooooong layover in Vegas) I arrived in LA ready to clean. No seriously. I know I was walking into a woman's disaster area. I planned straightaway and cleaned until the bleach fumes made me naseauated. Then we woke up went to Ikea and Walmart, and cleaned again. Now the living room and bathroom look like their names rather than bachelor warzone one and two. I will resume cleaning tonight and tomorrow so that by the time
purpletophatcomes it will be a thing of righteousness.
My days are filled with utter boredom after that. With me not being allowed to work and Tony at work, I feel utterly useless and have basically nothing to do but read and watch bad TV. We have an extensive video game collection, but even that gets old after awhile. Iwant to work, and so I've been looking for photography jobs like whoa, but without a car and new SLR equipment I'm getting nowhere fast. It's so frustrating, I feel like a bum.
To hopefully make me feel better I'm going to get my hair done at the Vidal Sasson School Salon. Because they're students it should cost about 10.50 for everything. No, seriously. I'm going to tell them they can do whatever they want provided it's not blonde and a curly afro. Other than that I can get my mother's haircut for all I care*. I'm hoping a new hairdo and a two hour bus ride will help me to feel somewhat better.
