So, we are putting an offer in on a 3bed 2.5 bath house at 2pm. HERE WE GO! Yipes.

Here's to hoping there is no bidding war and that if we get it we can survive home ownership/home improvement projects....first up would be finishing the basement.

I'm half alive here in cold and snowless illinois.
I am being gripped by nothing more than a cold and the cold.

Nothing like a relaxing day in the library doing work - and stumbling upon a bottle of tequila hidden in the library couch and a pair of 3-D glasses.

I love this school.
