Busy bee
This weekend was super busy for me. It seems like everyone is having a birthday or some type of party and there just isn't enough time or a strong enough liver to enjoy it all.
I went to a great show at the Paradise on Friday to see the Bleedin Bleedins. There was another band I really liked that night called the Appreciation Post. The other band I really wasn't a fan of and they needed some new pants. I have no idea how the lead singer could even get a word out with pants that tight! The best part of the night was when some old guy who looked like he should have been a member of the cure was trying to dance with me. This is who hits on me?
I only had one beer at Sarah's because I just didn't feel like drinking. We had a late night chinese food run after the show.
Saturday I met up with Sarah for food and drinks. We went to Sunset Cantina and ate too many nachos. I met up with Melissa after that for Jesse's birthday/Kate's house warming party. I ended up drinking a tad too much at that party and threw some rain boots down a few flights of stairs (sorry random person). Somehow we got a brand new shirt that someone took from Golden Temple. I have no idea how that happened. I also have a small mysterious cut on my nose.
Sunday I went to another party at Charlie's. Shook my fist at the Patriots for playing like crap! No beer for me, I had way too much on Saturday but I did have MORE nachos.
Yesterday was my 24th birthday. We had Cheese Cake Factory for lunch at work and cake. Brandon took me out for dinner in Harvard Square (more eating bad food!) I slept at his place and almost stepped on the kitten his roommate got! The thing is so cute but its so small! I can hold it in the palm of my hand. It sounds like a mouse when it meows.
