I really enjoyed dance class today. My friend Maddy and I tried to compose our dance using only an iriver seeing as how I was meant to bring my ipod but forgot it. We had a great time creating our dance and perfecting our motif. I still can't believe I'm writing this now. I can't even begin to believe that I was hospitalised for nearly 3 weeks. It both shocks and scares me a little bit. I never thought I would end up in there. I mean yes in my heart I did know I was slipping back, but I thought no one would notice and I thought the hospital wouldn't care if I lost a bit. Today I had my first appointment with my new psychologist who specialises in the field of children and adolescents. I was so surprised at how well it went.
