Sam actually pouts, his hands awkwardly clenching and unclenching before settling awkwardly at his side. The rash adorning his chest is impressive. It spread like wildfire and no amount of oatmeal baths and patented socks tapped to his hands seems to help.
Given that Dean only has experience with Sam having the chicken pox; he really doesn’t have a clue what to do.
When Sam’s hands begin to shake at his side with the urge to scratch again, Dean sets down the newspaper he was reading and marches into their bathroom to look for anything that could possible help the itching.
Who knew hellhound blood was such a bitch? The irony that Sam is somehow allergic enough to get a rash this size isn’t lost on Dean, nor Sam despite how much Sam glares at him when he mentions it

(Why no, this is not a shallow attempt to bait someone into writing fic where Dean rubs cream all over Sam's naked chest, why do you ask? ;)
