you have to whack the ball with your hands!!
so last thursday and friday we went on our church mystery trip. first we went to fiesta texas. i didnt like the rattler, it was too wobbly and jerky and it gave me a headache. but earlier right before we rode a ride sort of like the dungeon drop, kevin told me a story. he said that once when he was at the top of the dungeon drop the electricity for that ride went out and they got stuck up there for 15 minutes. and since electricity is what holds the seats down, the seats came up, and the only thing that was holding them in was a little seat belt. that made me scared. but it was still much much fun, because i like being scared.
we went to the riverwalk that night and had good queso. mmm.
the next day we went tubing down the comal river. we lost a girl for like 2 hours. that made it very interesting. while people were looking for her, we went to a calmer part of the river just to chill in, but since one of our interns, josh, is an idiot, little kids started going into the current and getting swept away. kevin saved two boys and carley saved a girl. then josh would like flirt with 13 year olds. grr.
it was a very interesting trip.
i got to babysit anna, marybeth, and matthew from barnabas on saturday. matthew is autistic, but he was the easiest to take care of. he's mute, and all he would do was walk on his tiptoes around the house, wiggle his fingers, and make funny noises. it was so much fun. oh, and i got $40 and i only worked for four hours.
youth group last night was fun. we played chinese soccer, and scott dupre would like molest girls to get the ball back. then he kicked me, so i tore his shirt.
