You don't need to be a doctor to determine certain things about a person though. I mean, if she had a huge tumor growing off of her forehead and people were saying that it probably wasn't healthy, I don't think people would question it lol.

Ia. Just watch the A&E show Huge. They are as obese as Nikki is for their height and builds and they have a lot of problems. I don't really care if she loses weight or not, but most of time being obese is not healthy.
