The only problem I have with Lady Bird (as someone that was in a Catholic High School in the early 2000's) is that she had pink hair and that shit WOULD NOT have flown back then. Doesn't even matter that it was a soft pastel pink, if it was unnatural it was NOT ALLOWED.
My bestie in university was colourblind. I used to wear a lot of bright colours but usually red and green and I remember her lovingly wrapping my scarf around me and saying "You always dress in such nice shades of grey".
I have discovered that unless the pink is very vibrant it looks like blondish grey to me. Like not quite grey grey but like a different kind of blonde. Ashier, maybe?
