I love Tubi so much. One hungover Sunday in bed I watched a random Nicholas Cage movie and it auto played awful Nicholas Cage movies the rest of the day and I wasn’t mad.

The thing about Tubi is that it has a shit ton of content both good, bad, and WTF, but mostly just random entertaining B list stuff so at least you'll be entertained. And now it has Knives Out randomly, so that's fun LOL. It has the stuff no other streamer has and that's a great niche to be in right now.

It reminds me back of when Netflix had a lot of movies and classic tv shows before they pivoted and started investing more in their own content and stopped licensing so much stuff made by other studios.

Like I’m so enjoying rewatching Buffy on Tubi.

And a great thing about it is that they have a lot of international content (particularly European) that nobody else would even bother to carry. You want to see an obscure French horror movie? Tubi is your best bet to find it.

Although their subtitles are weird LOL. I am watching something now from the UK with perfectly normal English accents and they keep saying (mumbling) in the subtitles instead of what is perfectly audible LOL.

The subtitles is tinteresting ause I've noticed on Max, Youtube, and Tubi that it doesn't all get every single word said by the actors. Every now and then I do notice they'll miss a word or two that I clearly heard but the subtitles didn't catch it.

You can't forget when Good Omens season 2 came out during the WGA strike and the subtitles were EXCEPTIONALLY bad. Like paltry humans got transcribed as poultry humans. I know English can be confusing because of how many words sound like each other, but POULTRY HUMANS?!
