yeah I don't get why they don't name the male and female celeb who participated in the crime that would be equally liable in this lawsuit

The 2 unnamed celebs are accused in a civil case whereas Diddy is actually indicted and waiting prosecution. It’s apparent they don’t have enough evidence for those two, yet. So releasing their names at this time without enough evidence is grounds for slander (libel, if done in written form)
