Lawsuit #1 A 13 year old girl approached several limo drivers after the 2000 MTV VMAs to try to get into the after parties. A driver who worked for Combs took her to a party. After she signed an NDA, she was given a drink which she said made her feel woozy and light headed. She found an empty bedroom to lie down. Combs entered with a male celebrity and a female celebrity. [sensitive content]She alleges that the male celebrity raped her while the female celebrity watched, and then Combs raped her while the male and female celebrity both watched.
Lawsuit #2 In 2005, a 10 year old Los Angeles boy who was interested in becoming an actor/rapper was advised by an industry consultant to fly to New York to meet with people in the music industry. He scheduled an audition with Combs, who said he wanted to meet with him alone before meeting the boy's parents. The consultant took the boy to a hotel room where he auditioned for Diddy by performing some rap songs. Per the lawsuit, Combs told the boy he could make him a star but asked him how badly he wanted it. The 10 year old said he was willing to do anything.
Combs then gave him a soda, which the boy said made him feel "a little funny." The lawsuit alleges that the soda contained GHB and/or ecstasy. Combs then told the boy to come closer and told him that sometimes you have to do stuff you don't want to do. [sensitive content] Combs then allegedly exposed his penis, pushed the boy down, and told him to kiss his penis. The boy said he refused but Combs forced him to perform oral sex. The boy allegedly lost consciousness and said when he woke up, his pants were undone and "his anus and buttocks hurt badly." He began crying and asking to see his parents. Combs told him that if he told anyone what happened, he would hurt his parents.
When the consultant came back, she noticed that the boy seemed "badly shaken." His parents said he was acting differently and seemed lethargic.
Lawsuit #3 In 2008, a 17 year old boy auditioned for Diddy's MTV reality show Making the Band. The lawsuit alleges that at each of the three auditions the teenager attended, Combs coerced the boy into sex acts with both him and his bodyguard, claiming that it was a test to see how much he really wanted to break into the industry. The boy said that when he expressed discomfort at the situation, Combs said he would be keeping an eye on him.
An attorney for Combs said that "Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted anyone - adult or minor, man or woman.”
