Unfortunately, people would post their effing Tiktoks about the fake book people were convinced was written by Kim Porter. Then, there are the memes of every celebrity attending a Diddy party, and then they would make stuff up as if they were attending his illegal activities. These are people's live, and people are doing what Ryan Murphy does by making profit out of people's sufferings. From what I've been reading, it seems like Diddy would have parties within the parties so select people would engage in illegal activities while others were unaware of what was going on behind closed doors. I doubt every single person who attended his parties were all complicit or involved. People just suck for trying to get their 15-minutes of fame on social media.

This type of shit is just one of the many reasons I avoid social media.

I'd be constantly fighting losing battles with fucking idiots and I don't have the emotional bandwidth anymore.

I used to be able to argue with stupid people online, but like, there are so many more than before.

Smartphones got so much cheaper (the not great but still serviceable kinds) in the last 15+ years.

A whole new type of unintelligent people were finally able to access the Internet, for so much cheaper than home Internet (and without a computer!!) and spread their stupidity.

I had to delete my Reddit account because those stupid fucks can’t not joke about this shit. It’s endlessly frustrating to me that a lot of people just want to get in a quick joke for useless internet points and validation at the expense of these people who went through some real harrowing shit.

Like I literally was having to explicitly explain why it isn’t fucking funny to joke about a man who systematically drugged, raped, videotaped, and assaulted people without any ability to leave for several days. It’s SO FUCKED and it was making me feel physically ill.
