Her conduct in this whole mess could (and probably will) form the basis for a heap of case studies in a PR and business textbook. Her media play has been masterful. For example, she knew damn well what she was doing bringing up specific groups but because her comments were all in the context of her "explaining"/situating her complaints, she gets to walk away like she didn't just pour gasoline everywhere and light a match for everyone else to throw. ILLIT and LSF also went through hell because of her press conferences and statements and even now they're still bearing the brunt of the blowback HYBE should be getting instead.
Both MHJ and the HYBE executives should all be chased out of industry with pitchforks as far as I'm concerned. I just don't see how this current situation (given the facts that have been made public) doesn't end with NewJeans (and potentially ILLIT) going down in flames. There's way too much bad blood. Even if MHJ gets out, and even if heaven and earth move and she can bring NewJeans with her without saddling them all with impossible debts, what company can trust her? The public may have glossed over her text messages but other companies (or, at least, any company worth their salt) certainly won't have.
