I think it's being cursed (I've been researching and deep-diving the huge role that luck plays in people's lives and it's so unfair bc I have none and it's also fascinating, but also sucks bc the odds are against you if you have a shitty childhood)....

But yes! Cursed and maybe a little help from organized forces. I know the woman who hit the guy who died cycling stopped and spoke to cops, but who is she?

As a PI, being underestimated is one of my greatest strengths. No one thinks a young woman is following them. No one suspects me of packing, or that I have a gun license and years of firearm training. But I do have and do all of the above.

Maybe I've been working in criminology too long, but I'm very curious about this woman. You can pay people off so easily. Few are less suspected of crime than a 49 (iirc that's her age) y/o white woman who didn't flee the scene.

But I truly will and have always believed that curses exist. I'm from a deeply superstitious country and culture and I follow those beliefs.

I've also had two exorcisms done to me, but that's a whole other wild story.....
