It's SPA week! Spa is one of the most well known F1 tracks, and besides last week's drama on track, there's so much to talk about before we get into it!

In honor of partial owner Ryan Reynolds' new film Deadpool and Wolverine and driver Esteban Ocon's love of comic books, Alpine F1 Team has a one off Deadpool livery on their cars this weekend at ( Read more... )

So much F1 news this week and still no contract announcement for Carlos…
But if I were him I’d be running miles away from Audi, obviously we don’t know the inner workings but replacing Andreas with Binotto doesn’t give me good vibes (obviously I’m biased and dislike Binotto for obvious reasons but Carlos might want to look at how Ferrari treated their ‘number 1’ driver for a lot of his time there)

I actually could not be less enthused about the brad pitt movie (except to spend the whole time pointing out people in the background leo meme style), but they really need to make sure it isn’t interfering with the actual races, the FIA remains a joke

Awks to be at Williams for the rest of the season unless they replace logan at the summer break, but who knows who they’d put in (checo might need a seat? 💀)

On the other hand, Binotto was instrumental in bringing Carlos to the team so it may be something he enjoys.

FIA are total jokers, allowing little Kimi to have a superlicense but not let Andretti or any of the long term indycar guys into the sport ... bullshit.

Checo said I'm getting my points SOMEWHERE but in all seriousness I could see him in that AM WEC seat (yes I'm determined a current F1 driver with ties to AM will get that seat)

Re: your other comment, between them banning his screen time, the oversteer/understeer preferences with this car AND the penalty, I hope we will see him lose his head and I hope there are actual CONSEQUENCES over it. The RBR machine needs to fail 🫡 (and Hannah needs to get a better team, free her)

Checos wife is probably hoping he will be home soon to help with their many children but instead he jaunts off to WEC 😅

Literally still outraged at them not letting Andretti in, like ‘the teams voted against it’ well of course none of them are going to vote for something that gives them less money but it should be about what’s best for the sport

I spend a lot of time manifesting Hannah to come slap some italians around and fix the ferrari strategy clown show 🙏

His wife is wealthier than he is so she could always just throw down the 'we don't need money, take a break' card

lowkey i think they're afraid of the power andretti has. the jump to hybrid with indycar, the results are limited but the engine and car change mid season and they are thriving. AND they're willing to commit top down, and i think that intimidates the other teams. they're effectively creating a pipeline that other teams only kind of sort of have besides rb and ferrari

lmao i'd love to see her at literally any other team. hannah to ferrari or haas would be so funny, i could see her making such a positive impact with ollie's career if she departs and then starts around the top of his rookie year. max is only as good as his team, which is falling apart and clearly upsetting him.

True if they thought Andretti would be a back marker team maybe they would have had more of a chance! (let them buy out Alpine or Haas, surely Gene needs a break)

Maybe Hannah can go to Haas next year and then to Ferrari with Ollie post Lewis retirement (I’d prefer a Sharl WDC sooner but I can wait a few years 😇)

He called him a seat warmer for Mick but ok.

Lmao sorry, I'm just reading the sources now about why Carlos could go there! I'm not that deep into Carlos nor am I trying to insult him!
