To me it felt like she didn't know how to feel about it till the punchline. Then when she realized the Lizzo Pill is a "don't give a fuck about your weight pill," she was into it.

But at this point we're just guessing. I took her initial words that she liked it at face value.

tbh I'd be bothered if someone told me my music made them shit out the ears and possibly caused constipation and suicidal thoughts. Also the eating what you want while doing less psychical activity feels like a fat people stereotype cheap shot and deflects from the message.

I didn't pay attention to her reaction much. Just focused on the clip. I think the line "I've lowered my standards and expectations" is a foul one as it means that's what it takes to be happy with your body.
