This is why I side eye people (men, lbr) when they try to tell me that South Park is really smart satire and “they make fun of everyone”. It doesn’t make it okay to punch down just because you throw in some jokes about conservatives being idiots or whatever.

They are the masters of both siding everything. People on the right and left will say SP’s message confirms their opinions. The show gives off an image of being political and topical but they always chicken out when it comes to having an actual stance on an issue.
