Riley Keough has listed her 1920s Tudor cottage for $1,595,000. She purchased the home in 2018 with her husband, stuntman Ben Smith-Petersen, and moved out

I don't see the actual listing linked, but I think that's the lot size? The house doesn't look that big from the pictures.

this isn’t the first time I’ve seen an LA property listing where they give the lot size instead of the house size, and I don’t know if it’s to make it seem more impressive, or because they’re advertising how much room you have to plop a new house on the lot.

So misleading! But I agree that they probably do it so prospective buyers can see how much space they have to build a new ugly house after they raze the existing one (ahem, Crisp Rat).
