Riley Keough has listed her 1920s Tudor cottage for $1,595,000. She purchased the home in 2018 with her husband, stuntman Ben Smith-Petersen, and moved out in 2023 after her mother Lisa Marie Presley died to live closer to her teenage twin sisters.
The 4,787-square-foot property (the home itself is 1,191 sq ft) just outside Silver Lake was built in 1927. The two-bedroom, two-bath home is nestled behind private hedges and has a gated walkway. The home marries original architectural elements with modern-day amenities such as central heat and air conditioning.
The backyard is dotted with mature fruit trees, several gravel-paved patios and a detached infrared sauna. The attic was converted to a bonus room with steeply pitched cathedral ceilings and a variety of built-ins that include a window seat and a day bed.
