Have you ever read one of those fics? The pregnant characters are based on female stereotypes, often called bitches and whores by other characters and defined by how much they “need” their alphas, usually acting mindless because of it.

I just read the wiki because I had never heard of it and in male/male work (yaoi) alphas have only a penis and omegas have both penis and uterus or just uterus and it’s says alphas are the higher/dominant class with omegas being submissive and sometimes a slave class so the whole point of the genre seems to be making yaoi misogynistic.

Whatever people say above is not always true. There’s Luna omegas that are dominant and Alphas that are submissive. There’s also alpha with alpha relationships. Etc. You can do whatever you want with the omegaverse universe. Alphas also become simps and bitched. It also involves lesbian relationships
