Honestly...why was her sit down like only 5-10min? I expected it to be longer. And of course she was cold during the entire thing. Why even do it if you cant express some type of emotion?

And her designer was the one that she did the FBI thing with? Trying to put blame on him????? WOOOOWWWWW

He had receipts and everything too! Spent months in jail until the charges were dropped and It prevented him from adopting a child iirc. But “I need an apology regarding the earrings”. Fuck her too. I’m glad Garcelle is standing her ground and not budging tbh.

Omg I had no idea about this. Honestly I’m so disappointed in the way both bravo and most of the women just folded in. The fact that she insists on getting back those earrings when there’s literally no evidence pointing that they weren’t purchased with clients’ funds is staggering to me and her constant need for validation is wild. Denise Richards was right, she’s deflecting and goes after whatever’s on the table, including kids, so people would look elsewhere. I think bravo chickened out. They probably thought they had another Jen Shah situation at hand, brought Denise back to stir shit up because other ladies wouldn’t and then got cold feet. She must have threatened them with a lawsuit if they went any further. It will be interesting to see if and how any of this will be brought up during the reunion.

You can say a lot about Erika Jayne but that's really not fair. She is not the one who did this and for her to have to pay for her husband's sins seems really sexist.

i'm still not over her thinking that the other HWs should've thrown her a parade when she was allowed to keep the earrings.

what she said she deserves an apology for wasn't even true. she said "see they cant prove the earrings were bought with client funds" except that they were directly paid out of a client fund account. the ruling only said the earrings didn't belong to the bankruptcy account bc they were not bought with his/their money.

she should be a member here bc i know she didn't read the shit her lawyers sent her lol

What she did to the Marco Marco owner is so evil and unforgivable I cannot grasp it. Fuck her.

It’s so easy to forget when watching RHOBH how horrible this situation really is. These are real people just trying to survive after they had their lives destroyed and Erika can’t even let go of some fucking earrings she “won” just because there was no paper trail to prove where they came from. Those victims were honestly too gracious to her when she finally talked to them for 5 minutes.

This. And some people thinking that these people just want money. Well 1: they fucking deserve it. 2: these people have extremely high medical bills( those who survived) and the others were left in financial straits due to losing parents, spouses, etc. This is not a difficult situation to understand and I don’t get why people defend these people.
