She’s such trash. Bravo should be cutting her paychecks directly to Tom’s victims.

You can say a lot about Erika Jayne but that's really not fair. She is not the one who did this and for her to have to pay for her husband's sins seems really sexist.

Not really why shallow identity politics should be used a critique for those who have criticized Erika. You can argue that she didn’t know about Tom‘s scheme since they were going on before she met him but her having a direct involvement with framing the designer as a thief - it’s hard to argue (maybe almost impossible) Tom did that alone. And that she absolutely she should absolutely catch hell for.

My comment may have been semi-inflammatory on purpose (maybe I take after Erika.) I am a bit defensive because I don't see Coach Shah catching nearly as much flack as Erika, and he's literally a lawyer. To be fair, he isn't as much of a public person as Erika but I do think it's relevant!! The Marco Marco situation isn't clear enough for me to understand completely but I really don't feel like Erika had much power to stand up for herself against Tom.

The Marco Marco thing is very simple. She said he misappropriated funds. He had receipts. Went to jail for months, lost his ability to adopt all while his father was diagnosed with cancer while he’s locked away. Charges were dropped and he’s free now. She had EVERYTHING to do with that.
