Last night a patron jumped on stage while comedian Mark Normand was in the middle of a set. The offender was quickly escorted off stage by security but, curiously Mark was also rushed off stage after by security soon after. Employees of the club

If someone was going to use the footage, wouldn’t the audience members have to sign a release?

Not if they have signs up stating that there's a taping happening that night, or at least that's the case in the LA area.

I hate this so much. That and having to basically be fine with people/businesses taking and sharing photos of you because you go eat at a restaurant or something.

Yea I went to a little local shopping event around the holidays and then ended up on the business's instagram, but thankfully it was only on stories. I don't even post pictures of myself on my own social media, I'm definitely not looking to be on someone else's unknowingly.

I took my daughter to a Santa photo thing that the neighborhood chamber of commerce had and they put a photo of her on there… not sure if I signed something saying that was ok, and it’s far enough that you have to zoom in to see very well. But I’m a bit wary of doing it again and it still irks me. I guess I’m the plus side, they post a lot so it’ll be lost in their posts soon if not already.
