No, but for christmas I got myself neoprene gloves so I can stay in the ocean longer during the winter. I know I sound like a cult member when I talk about cold water swimming but it's literally the best thing in my life.

too bad I don't live near the sea/ocean/a nice lake cause this year I really got into having ice cold showers almost every day

visited zurich couple weeks back and saw people swimming in the lake now in december - how I wish I had brought my swimsuit with me, would have jumped in right away

I do not get the appeal of a cold swim at all tbh I suppose it's the tropical bitch in me but water has to be sensibly cold-comfortably warm. The only times I do cold water are when I splash it on my face before skin care or when I drink it after eating something sweet (best combo ever btw).
