No, but for christmas I got myself neoprene gloves so I can stay in the ocean longer during the winter. I know I sound like a cult member when I talk about cold water swimming but it's literally the best thing in my life.

too bad I don't live near the sea/ocean/a nice lake cause this year I really got into having ice cold showers almost every day

visited zurich couple weeks back and saw people swimming in the lake now in december - how I wish I had brought my swimsuit with me, would have jumped in right away

I'm with you 100%, it's honestly the one thing I recommend to people in a cultish fashion because it just feels amazing. I don't wear gloves or booties so often end up using a handwarmer when I get out as it's just the tips of my fingers that get frozen but the rest of me feels incredible lmao
