oof. trying to separate my hate for her and my reaction to this post. i think when people die, it gives the people they left behind comfort to reminisce, so i don't want to disparage the need to or natural inclination to want to do that. but i also think it's weird in that it can sometimes come across as "i actually knew this person FIRST and BEST!" in a competitive way.

It's such a lovely post. I'm still in shock Matthew's gone and I'm sorry to his close ones and all the people who grew up watching Friends. It's surreal that one of T•H•E•M is gone.
