Milton has something to prove to his family. I think he genuinely loves Lydia, but this is not marriage a marriage that is going to be healthy.

Stacy couldn’t handle the fact that Izzy was broke and she was looking for an excuse to get out. He did have red flags and I’m surprised that he was so standoffish after the alter.

Milton was acting his age this episode. He definitely got married to prove them wrong.. and I'm sure he has good intentions but it just looks like it will crash and burn.

People on ontd were calling him the most mature one, and it was baffling. Like, he is clearly very emotionally immature. Even the way he rolled up to the wedding like he was just attending a casual get together was so bizarre.

*edit- Saying that Milton seems the most mature of the cast is not really the same as saying he's the most mature 24 year old, idk why that's so hard to get lol. I mean the main cast was literally 4 people this season 🤣

But he wasn't even the most mature on this season lol. People are mistaking his calm, evenness with maturity, especially in comparison to Lydia's loud explosiveness.

ETA: Also people weren't qualifying it with "of this cast." They kept saying things like he needs to run and were praising him. I liked how he handled Uche, because that's what Uche needed, but the way he honestly seems to believe having no emotional reacting is the RIGHT way is ridiculous.
